You will support the Director of H&T Excellence in implementing the H&T Excellence Initiative in all divisions and business units and ensure that lean and CIP methods are applied in a structured manner at the sites and that demonstrable improvements are achieved. You will be the operational first point of contact for CIP managers and plants, providing support for projects, training, assessments and reporting, thereby driving forward the standardisation and professionalisation of H&T Excellence activities.

Your duties
Operationally manage and further develop the group-wide CIP organisation in close cooperation with the Director of H&T Excellence.
Actively support the lean transformation at the sites (process analyses, value stream mapping, optimisation of material flow, set-up times, layouts).
Support and facilitate CIP/lean projects in production and administrative areas.
Train and coach CIP managers, CIP deputies and leaders in lean methods.
Contribute to standards, assessments and audits
Support the H&T Excellence KPI and reporting system (collecting data, checking plausibility, preparing status reports).
Prepare and organise regular H&T Excellence meetings and maintain documentation, standards and templates.
Your profile
Degree in engineering or business administration (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering) or a comparable qualification.
3–5 years of relevant experience in lean/operational excellence/CIP—ideally in an industrial company or a consulting environment.
Strong knowledge of lean management and CIP, value stream design, process mapping, TPM, SMED, problem-solving methods and shopfloor management.
Experience in conducting and facilitating lean/CIP workshops.
Very good written and spoken English.
Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel; PowerPoint and PowerBI).
Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 50–75%) and enjoy international collaboration.
