You are responsible for the strategic development, group-wide implementation, and sustainable anchoring of the H&T Excellence Initiative across all divisions and business units. You are our "Group-wide OE/Lean Champion," working closely with plant managers, CIP managers, and the H&T Excellence Steering Team, and reporting regularly to the Group Executive Committee (GEC).

Your duties
Drive the strategic development of the H&T Excellence initiative, including roadmap, standards and target system.
Lead the group-wide lean transformation across all divisions and sites.
Build, lead and continuously develop a high- performing CIP organisation
Design and deliver lean/OD training courses, workshops and assessments (production and administration)
Ensure measurable performance improvements (cost, quality, on-time delivery, safety, productivity).
Own KPI management and reporting for H&T Excellence to divisions and the GEC)
Work closely with the H&T Excellence Steering Team and site managers to align priorities and drive execution.
Your profile
Completed degree in a technical field or business administration (or comparable qualification).
5–7+ years of experience in lean/operational excellence—ideally in management consulting or an international industrial group.
Strong knowledge of Lean Management and CIP/Kaizen; Six Sigma would be a plus.
International experience with fluent communication skills in German and English.
Proven experience in leading teams and projects and working effectively across hierarchical levels.
High willingness to travel (approx. 50–75%) and enjoyment of hands-on work on-site at the plants
