As an internal Microsoft 365 consultant, you are responsible for the company-wide development of the Microsoft 365 landscape. You advise business units, translate business requirements into scalable M365 solutions, ensure security and compliance, and drive adoption and automation. You also train users, support teams, and promote best practices for the secure, efficient, and productive use of M365 tools. As a liaison between IT and business units, you increase user acceptance and drive sustainable digital collaboration.
Your duties
Your profile
A degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or a comparable field.
Several years of experience in IT projects within the Microsoft 365 environment.
The ability to communicate complex topics clearly and understandably.
A data-driven approach to work coupled with strong communication, moderation, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
The following would be advantageous:
Microsoft certifications, e.g., MS-100, MS-102, MS-700, MS-900, or later versions
Knowledge of PowerShell, Graph API, and automation
Experience with the Power Platform
