A secure future

Your working time

Time for friends, football or online games despite your job? No problem with us! In our technical division, we work in shifts. During your apprenticeship, you will work in the morning shift. That means you will know exactly when your working hours start and finish. You can therefore manage your free time very well.

Your training and development

We place considerable emphasis on the development of our employees. Our goal is long-term, secure employment in the Heitkamp & Thumann Group. You therefore have the opportunity to shape your path through various internal and external training programmes both during your apprenticeship and after it. For example: Forklift truck licence and / or crane driver’s licence, Welder training, Master craftsman school, University studies, Various subject-specific courses and training programmes.

Marsberg

With 550 employees, the Heitkamp & Thumann Group is a major employer in southern Westphalia. The Marsberg location has an innovative production and development centre. Among others, cups for batteries, inhalers for drug administration and precision tools are all developed and manufactured here. At present, 39 young people are undergoing apprenticeships in technical and commercial professions at the Marsberg site. H&T Tool Design, H&T Battery Components, H&T Presspart, and H&T Recharge are the four companies located in Marsberg.

Step 1
Application

To review your application as thoroughly as possible, please provide your complete documents: CV/resume, cover letter, certificates/school reports, and—if applicable—internship or employment references.

Step 2
In-person interview

We would like to get to know you in person! We will invite you to a personal interview. We’d like to get to know you and learn more about your interests, goals, and career aspirations. Of course, you’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the apprenticeship and H&T.

Step 3
Practical Exercise

After a successful interview, we will invite you to complete a practical task. This helps us understand your skills and strengths and what suits you best.

Step 4
Offer

If you have convinced us, we'll send you your apprenticeship agreement. Welcome to our global team! We look forward to accompanying you along your journey to professional life.
