Be the commercial interface between supply chain, technical & quality in various customer programs (projects, capacity extensions, claim investigation, etc.)
Negotiate and successfully conclude pricing discussions and Supply Agreements
Participate in bi-annual internal sales planning process
Preparation and lead of customer meetings with a willingness to travel up to 30% of your working time
Gain access to new business opportunities, both within existing accounts as well as prospective customers
Establish Account Plans, Regional Action Plans and Market Updates on regular basis

You will be the primary point of contact along the value stream to expand our market share by identifying growth potential with both existing customers as well as future prospective customers. University degree in business administration, pharmaceutical sciences or industrial engineering, alternative apprenticeship in business administration or industrial engineering with min. 3 years experience or similar
First experience in Sales or Key Account Management, preferably in an international B2B environment within the Pharmaceutical or Life Science industry
Open minded, approachable
Dedicated, convincing personality with excellent communication skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships independent of formal structures
Fluent in written and spoken English and German
