Mechatronics Technician

Electronics Technician for Operating Technology (m/f/d)

An apprenticeship with a certain tension that electrifies you! As an Electronics Technician for Operating Technology (m/f/d), you work in a wide range of fields. Depending on your specialisation, you can expect tasks in the areas of electronics and energy technology in buildings or electronics in automation systems, such as robots. As an Electronics Technician for Operating Technology (m/f/d), you install electrical components and systems, but also program, configure and test systems and safety devices.

You therefore have the opportunity to shape your path through various internal and external training programmes both during your apprenticeship and after it. For example: Forklift truck licence and / or crane driver’s licence, Welder training, Master craftsman school, University studies, Various subject-specific courses and training programmes

Marsberg

With 550 employees, the Heitkamp & Thumann Group is a major employer in southern Westphalia. The Marsberg location has an innovative production and development centre. Among others, cups for batteries, inhalers for drug administration and precision tools are all developed and manufactured here. At present, 39 young people are being trained in technical occupations at the Marsberg location. H&T Battery Components, H&T Presspart und H&T Tool Design are the three companies at our location in Marsberg.

Crimmitschau

At our location in Crimmitschau, approx. 20 km from Zwickau, currently 100 employees are working for H&T ProduktionsTechnologie. This location has specialised in the development and construction of metal forming tools, machines and highly automated production equipment for users within and outside of the Heitkamp & Thumann Group for more than 60 years. In this respect, we focus on: “There’s no such thing as that won’t work!” Together with our customers, we develop and research innovative ideas. At present, tools, machines and systems for the automotive sector such as side parts for seats, tank recesses, side rails and roof frames are manufactured here.
